About Me

You can live a fulfilling life with ADHD!

I grew up in a large family, the youngest of seven!  Time management was at the top of the list for our parents and they were masters at it.

After a very non-linear route through college, I wound up with a degree in English Literature, then did pre-med and landed a spot at OHSU medical school.

I practiced psychiatry for 20 years next to the University of Oregon.  I moved to Oregon City in 2018 and have spent time working at Providence Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Willamette Falls and at Portland Mental Health and Wellness.

A few years ago I moved full time into the work I enjoy doing now:  helping women and teens  sort through ADHD challenges and support their brain's executive functions to accomplish their goals and dreams!
