- Insured rates are determined by your insurance company. We will call ahead of first session to learn deductible, co-pay and/or co-insurance fees.
- Private pay rates are as follows: initial assessment $250; after that hour-long sessions $150 (no meds reviewed/discussed) or $180 (meds reviewed/discussed).
- Some openings are available to clients unable to use insurance or afford standard private pay rates.
- Fees are due at the time of service unless a prior agreement is arranged. Payments may be made in cash, check, debit or credit card or through electronic payment Square.
- Missed sessions not cancelled prior to the appointment time (24 hours notice), will be billed at half the regular fee.
